Situated on the foreshore, there is excellent boat launching facilities adjacent to the park. Walking distance to fishing jetty, tidal swimming pool, flora park, museum and shops. Sporting facilities include golf, tennis, lawn bowls and a football/cricket ground. Guided tours to Troubridge Island Conservation Park and an excellent walling trail to nearby Coobowie. A short drive to surfing beaches and the spectacular coastal scenery of Innes National Park.
