This particular area of coastline is famous for its spectacular scenery, great fishing, world famous whale watching facilities at the Head of the Bight or Fowlers Bay (July-October) and the freshest, best oysters grown in Australia Our park is within 100 metres of the main shopping area, and is close to the boat ramp and jetty. If you are interested in fishing this the place to be, as we are well known for our King George Whiting, Snapper and Blue Swimmer Crabs (in season) or you can buy your seafood locally. A fish cleaning facility is available for you at the park. A good variety of day trips and tours are available for you to select from and one never to be forgotten experience for most people is whale watching at the head of the Bight or Fowlers Bay — in season July-October.
